Eligibility and Compliance

  • Participants must be of legal age in their country of residence or have obtained prior consent and guidance from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
  • Any content that violates platform rules or is unrelated to the event (including to advertisements, external links, or promotional material) is strictly prohibited. Any confirmed cheating or unfair behavior (such as using third-party software/hacks) will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any rewards.
  • Accounts must remain public throughout the event period (Mar 21, 11:00 – Apr 15, 18:00, 2026 (UTC+8)). Deleting the post during this period will result in disqualification.

Winning and Prize Distribution

  • Each account is eligible to win only one reward for this event. The probability of winning is subject to the actual number of participants.
  • This is a cross-regional and cross-platform event. The prize pool is shared across all official social media platforms.
  • The winner list will be posted on the official Sky: Children of the Light social channels. Winners are required to proactively contact the official page to claim their rewards.

Reward Redemption

  • Virtual Rewards

    • There will be no separate in-game notification for winners. Please monitor the official winner announcement carefully.
    • Winners should send a private message to the official account to claim their reward within 7 days of the announcement. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the reward.
  • Physical Rewards

    • Winners should provide their shipping information via private message within 7 days of the winner announcement. Information cannot be modified once submitted. Late submissions will result in forfeiture.
    • Physical rewards will be shipped within 90 business days after the event concludes. Please note that shipping dates differ from actual delivery dates, which may vary depending on local logistics.
    • In the event of force majeure (e.g., unforeseen logistics disruptions or stock issues), the organizer reserves the right to replace the reward with an item of equivalent value.
    • For cross-border shipping, winners are responsible for customs declarations and any related procedures. The organizer will not re-issue rewards if delivery fails due to a lack of declaration. If the reward arrives damaged, please contact the logistics provider directly.
    • Winners are responsible for reporting and paying any personal income tax in accordance with the tax laws of their country of residence.
