If you wish to play your current Sky mobile account on the Nintendo Switch console, you must first link your account from your mobile device. Below are further instructions on how to do so.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Beginning a new Sky game on Nintendo Switch will automatically link your Nintendo account, so please make sure to use your mobile device to link your current Sky account to a Nintendo account FIRST if you wish to continue with your current mobile account on Nintendo Switch. Once you link your account either on mobile or by starting a new game on Nintendo Switch there is no possible way to unlink it. Player Support cannot manually assist with linking or unlinking an account. Please use caution and make sure you’re linking the correct account, as this action is permanent.

Tip: You do not need to own or have immediate access to a Nintendo Switch console to make an account. You can register here at:

  1. Log in to your Sky account on your iOS or Android device.
  2. Press the cog icon in the top right corner of the game screen to open the Utility Menu and go to the ‘Account’ tab.
  3. In the account ‘Linking’ option, press the ‘Nintendo Account’ option, and then tap ‘Link’.
  4. Sign in to your Nintendo Online Account.
  5. You may get prompted by the following screen asking if you want to create a new account, click Cancel as you already have a Sky account.
  6. Finish the linking process on the mobile device.
  7. From your Nintendo Switch device, log in to the Nintendo account you linked to your Sky account.
Please note that purchased candles do not carry over between mobile and Nintendo Switch platforms. However, collected/forged candles will appear on both mobile and console.
