[Update August 3]

  • We are investigating a bug that is occurring when some players use Messages Notes, Meditation Candle Shrines, Shared Memories, and Shared Spaces, that says their text “Violates Community Guidelines”.
  • The team has identified a bug that prevents the Season of Performance theater from showing on the map. This fix will be implemented with the 0.22.5 update.

The team has identified a Shared Space bug that decreases the amount of props that can be placed, and blocks progression of the final Season of Remembrance quest. This fix will be implemented with our 0.22.5 update.

[Update July 21]

  • If players enter Prairie Peak using the Season Guide's teleporting function instead of using the ferry from Prairie Caves, a part of the background music of the area can't be played.

  • When saving photos taken through the Season of Moments camera, players may notice the saved photos are off by a few frames when compared to what is seen in the preview screen.

  • [RESOLVED] We are currently investigating issues with receiving rewards from Shared Memories, Shared Spaces, Candle and Boat Messages that have received the required number of community likes.

[Update July 18]

  • The game menus are showing as overly large on some iOS devices.
  • Oreo plushie changes colors when placed in the world.
  • When equipped by players, the Nightbird Whisperer call cannot be heard by others. The call will also not stay selected when players change levels.
  • [PlayStation Japan] Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Oreo plushie is not showing as available for purchase in the game store.

[Update July 13]

  • Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Huawei update will be delayed. We will continue to monitor the situation and share more information once we know if the delay will affect the start of Season of Moments, or upcoming Events. This issue has been resolved.
  • Inbox messages continue to show incorrectly on Switch and some Huawei devices.

We are aware of the following bugs that are ongoing or were introduced with the arrival of Patch 0.22.0:

  • After sharing light with a shadow kid, your Sky kids stance will appear to change from your selected stance to the default stance for the new acquaintance. However, your stance selection will remain the same on your screen.
  • If players have any menu open while holding hands with or being carried by another player who views a note, a shared memory, or a shared space, the menus will automatically close.
  • When liking a friend's shared memories, notes, and spaces a notification will be sent to them that incorrectly shows the name you have given your friend instead of the name they have given you.
  • When placing boat/crane/lantern notes, players may notice their message shows incorrect characters or may require players to relog into the map to see their note.
  • [Switch/Controller] Shared Spaces cannot be named or shared if players tap/select outside of the keyboard to close it. Tapping out to close will lock the keyboard away; however, leaving the area and returning will allow players to use the keyboard again. Closing the keyboard by pressing X or deleting text will not activate the bug.
  • [PlayStation/Switch] While in chibi height or shorter height, if being led by a taller player, the chibi will appear to be levitating.
  • [PlayStation] Opening the chat keyboard may slow the frame rate.
  • Placing and interacting with boat notes, shared spaces, or shared memories may cause a server error. If a server error occurs, please contact Player Support and share details about what you were placing to receive the error. Players may need to restart the app if the error is received.
