We are aware there is an issue with completing the Aviary's Firework Festival event quests given by the Enchanted Pyrotechnician. We are actively investigating the issue, but there is speculation that tall characters experience difficulties more often. Consider using a chibi spell/mask while performing the quest as a temporary work around.
