Re: Crashing issues

  • Hotfix 32.1 has been released for Android, Huawei, Steam, and PlayStation.
  • The Hotfix for iOS will follow as soon as it has passed review. We will post the official Hotfix patch notes when this release has been completed.

[Update January 7]

We have identified the cause for the crashes that players may be experiencing after updating to version 32.0. A fix will be released as soon as possible on mobile, PlayStation, and PC, with a later update going out for Nintendo Switch. Please keep an eye on our announcement channels for patch details.

Based on your reports, we are also investigating:

  • [Android] The new AR Camera feature may not be working as intended for some devices
  • [Switch] Spells are not activating once the player has selected and the spell animation has completed
  • [PC and PlayStation] The camera POV may be locking and preventing players from viewing in all directions
  • When the emote wheel is active, the new Map icon overlaps with the chat button

Bug & Issues

  • We are currently investigating player reports that some are experiencing issues with one or more Daily Quests. If you are experiencing these issues, please contact Player Support.
  • We are investigating and working on log-in issues, server errors, or crash reports that have been shared through our bug reporting channels or contact through Player Support.
  • Players may be experiencing some issues with completing past seasonal quests.
  • Map Anywhere: We have identified that the Wing Light counter may be inaccurate for the Isle of Dawn and a fix will be released in a future update.
  • Avatar's arm may appear to hold umbrella props oddly.
  • Capeless players without Wing Light may appear as shadow kids even after being lit or friended.
