[Update June 19]
Incorrect inbox copy was sent out to players, claiming that a Double Heart event was beginning today, June 19th. We've since removed the inbox message, and will refund individuals who sent Hearts between server reset and when the inbox was removed. Refunds will be issued in the near future and appear in your inventory, and we will update our Known Issues post once we've been able to process them. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- The upgraded versions of the Playfighting Herbalist's emotes and Season of Duets Guide's emotes have been removed from their trees. The upgraded versions became available to all players who have obtained level 1 of the emote by default, due to the changes we made as part of the player Trust update after 33.5. Players who purchased these upgraded emote levels after the change went into effect will be refunded in the near future. We will update this post once the refunds have gone out.

Some players may experience a bug that prevents them from reaching tier 4 in one or more of the Season of Carnival spirits' friendship trees. We've identified and contacted some players who were potentially affected via inbox. - Some players are experiencing issues when trying to collect rewards from the Season of Carnival Spirits' friendship trees. If you encounter this issue, please try restarting your Sky app and then collecting the rewards again.

We are aware of the following bugs and issues:
- [Carnival/Aviary] After completing the final season quest, players may notice that the spirits near the Cafe are sometimes a bit jittery.
- [Carnival] During the final season quest, the return shrine may not work properly.
- [Color] Players may need to press the forge button multiple times when collecting Event Tickets.
- [Color] Chibis sometimes have to try a few times in order to reach the rainbow when using the geyser
- The level 2 version of the Cradle Carry friendship emote is temporarily disabled while we work on a fix in an upcoming patch. The level 1 version of the emote is still available for use.
