From Steam to a PlayStation or Switch: If you primarily play Sky on Steam and you’d like to continue your progress on a PlayStation or Nintendo Switch, the linking process needs to happen on a mobile device.
To start, Install the Sky: Children of the Light App on a Mobile device.
Once installation is complete, run the app.
After launching, you will be prompted asking if you want to create a new account, click ‘Cancel’ as you already have a Sky account.
Tap the login button on the bottom of the screen, and use your Steam credentials to sign in to your existing Sky account.
Once inside the game, click Settings > Account > Linking, and follow the instructions to link your Playstation or Nintendo account.
Install and launch the game on your Playstation or Nintendo Switch device and you should see your existing Sky account!

From mobile to mobile: To play or transfer your Sky account to another device, you will need to first make sure it is linked to the account depending on which platform you would like to keep playing. See "How to save my progress..." FAQs for more information.
From iOS device to iOS device: you can transfer by linking to a Game Center, Apple, Google, Facebook, or Nintendo account.
From iOS/Android device to Android device (or vice versa): you can transfer by linking to a Google, Facebook, or Nintendo account.
Once your Sky profile is tied to one of these account types, you should:
Sign into the same linked account on the device you wish to play on.
Install the Sky app.
Run the Sky app

Tap the login button on the bottom of the screen, and follow any further directions to sign in to those accounts if asked.
From mobile to Nintendo Switch: Beginning a new Sky game on Nintendo Switch will automatically link your Nintendo account to the new game, so please make sure to use your mobile device to link your current Sky account to a Nintendo account first if you wish to continue with your current mobile account on Nintendo Switch. From Nintendo Switch to mobile: If you first start playing Sky on Nintendo Switch and want to transfer your account to a mobile device, please follow the steps 2-5 above and use the Nintendo Account to log in on your mobile device.
From mobile to PlayStation: Beginning a new Sky game on PlayStation will automatically link your PlayStation™Network account to the new game, so please make sure to use your mobile device to link your current Sky account to a PlayStation™Network account first if you wish to continue with your current mobile account on your PlayStation console. From PlayStation to mobile: If you first start playing Sky on PlayStation and want to transfer your account to a mobile device, please follow the steps 2-5 above and use the PlayStation Network account to log in on your mobile device.
From Switch to PlayStation: If you primarily play Sky on Switch or PlayStation and would like to link your progress to a PlayStation™ Network, or a Nintendo account respectively, the linking process needs to happen on a mobile device.
From mobile to Steam: Beginning a new Sky game on Steam will automatically link your Steam account to the new game, so please make sure to use your mobile device to link your current Sky account to a Steam account first if you wish to continue with your current mobile account on the Steam Platform.
