You can contact Player Support either through the in-game QR code (preferred) or by clicking “Contact Us” on the FAQ website on Web or Mobile.

Please Note: We typically reply to in-game player support messages first, and are more able to assist players with game-related issues from there. We encourage you to contact us from the in-game menu rather than by web or email, if possible.

Contacting Through In-Game on PlayStation:

  • Log in to your PlayStation Account on your console that you require support’s help or assistance.

  • Launch Sky: Children of the Light on your PlayStation

  • Once the game starts, press “Options" on your controller to access the Settings menu.

  • Click on the Support button to open the Support menu.

  • Scan the unique QR Code with your mobile device to automatically open up a support ticket.

  • If you close the web page with your support ticket for any reason you can rescan the QR code to reopen the webpage.

Remember: Please provide as much information as possible about the issue you’re encountering so we can help to the best of our ability. We’ll only contact you through the webpage opened up via QR code. You will receive an in-game notification letting you know that you have received a reply from Player Support, so feel free to leave us in the background while we get to your ticket.
