We’re sorry that you’re having technical issues with Sky PC. We’re committed to polishing Sky for the PC platform ASAP, so the more information you can provide us the better we can potentially help solve your issue.
For crash-related issues, please have them reported in the #pc-bug-reports channel of our official Discord server https://discord.gg/thatskygame. When getting the report submitted, please zip and attach your dump files to your report as this will assist us with our investigations. These files can be found in your Sky PC Steam directory where the game is installed. The default location Sky PC is installed is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\...
We also recommend that you consider updating your hardware’s drivers to its latest version, especially your graphics card. You can also check out Steam’s troubleshooting page here:

If you need help figuring out which brand or type of component your PC currently has installed, you can use the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. Follow these steps to open up the DxDiag tool and find your specific component’s information:
Press Windows + R.
Type DxDiag and click OK.
Choose your specific tab (Display, Sound, etc.)
You should find the components’ name and manufacturer listed under the corresponding tab.
Updating your Graphics Drivers
Make sure your PC’s graphics card drivers are up to date to prevent any conflicts between your current drivers and Sky PC.

Updating your OS / Windows
