You can contact Player Support either through the in-game QR code (preferred) or by clicking “Contact Us” on the FAQ website or your Mobile device.
Please Note: We typically reply to in-game player support messages first, and are more able to assist players with game-related issues from there. We encourage you to contact us from the in-game menu rather than by web or email, if possible.
To contact us through In-Game on PC/Steam you need to:
Log in to the Steam Account you require support or help with.
Launch Sky: Children of the Light on your PC.
Once the game starts, click the Settings menu in the upper-right corner or press “Options" on your controller to access the Settings menu.
Click on the Support button to open the Support menu.
Either click on the unique QR Code to open your web browser to Sky’s support site or scan the unique QR Code with your mobile device to automatically open up a support ticket.
If you close the web page with your support ticket for any reason you can rescan the QR code to reopen the webpage.
Remember: Please provide as much information as possible about the issue you’re encountering so we can help to the best of our ability such as: a description of the encountered issue, your Sky user ID, PC specifications, and Sky version. We highly recommend sharing a video or a screenshot of the issue uploaded on a public platform such as YouTube, Twitter, etc.
We’ll only contact you through the ticket opened up via QR code. You will receive an in-game notification letting you know that you have received a reply from Player Support, so feel free to leave us in the background while we get to your ticket.
