A fix has been released for Switch devices that should resolve the crashing issue on startup. Switch players who were impacted by this issue since our 0.15.5 Patch release on Nov 18th will receive an inbox message and be compensated.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to find solutions for these issues.
Please note that this fix is different from the login issue with Nintendo Accounts that was resolved on Nov 29th.

Players that were unable to Login into Sky with their Nintendo Accounts has now been fixed. Thank you for your patience.

- We are aware that capes are not properly scaled for taller sky kids. This will be resolved in the 0.16.0 update

We are aware that some Switch players' game is crashing on startup after the 15.5 update released
We are aware of the following bugs that are ongoing or were introduced with the arrival of Patch 0.15.5:
- In the midst of all the fixes to improve mask appearance for blinking and clipping hairstyles, the chibi mask took the chance to give itself slightly larger eyes so that it could better take in the great wide world. However, we continue to work on further adjustments to bring the mask back to as close to its original appearance as possible.
- On Switch, certain combinations of masks and hairstyles clip when worn by tall avatars. This will be resolved for the 0.16.0 update.
- On mobile devices using a controller, the music sheet tutorial hint tells the user to press the "+" button that's found on Switch gamepads.
