TGC will be unable to recover your Sky account if any of the following apply:
  • We’re unable to locate the account in our system.
  • The account was deleted using the in-game “delete my account” request or a formal "Right of Erasure" request.
  • The Account must not be already linked with a Game Service.
  • You’re unable to verify 5 friend nicknames on your Sky account.
    • Verifying friends & social connections on your Sky account helps us verify ownership of the account.
  • We find irregularities or concerning activity on the Sky account in conflict with our Terms of Use.
