In Sky: Children of the Light, players have the ability to make purchases using real-world currency to acquire limited-time items, cosmetics, Season Passes, in-game currency packs, and gifts for friends. These items are not required to enjoy Sky, but offer the opportunity to further customize a player's Sky Kid. Available Platforms & Purchasing Methods: 

Items in Sky are available to purchase only in-game or through our partnered third-party platforms, listed below. As such, available payment methods are determined by the platform on which you are completing your purchase. Please reach out to the app or web store in question with any questions regarding specific payment methods.

 

Purchase History: 

At this time, Sky: Children of the Light does not include a method in-game to view a list of all purchases made from that account. To review your purchases, please review your receipts through the platform on which the purchase was made. 

 

Regional Pricing:

Refund Policy:

In-game purchases in Sky are made through third-party platforms such as Google Play, App Store, Nintendo, and others. As such, purchase assistance and requests such as refunds vary based on the platform on which the purchase was made, as well as the region of the request. Please note: Due to billing restrictions, thatgamecompany player support may be unable to assist manually with refunds. If you require additional help with a purchase in Sky, please reach out using our Support portal for additional assistance.

 

Refunded Content:

If a refund is successfully processed, the Items, currency, cosmetics, or other purchases may be automatically removed from your account without prior notice. This may result in a negative balance reflected with in-game currency or applicable items such as Season Passes or gifted Season Passes. To make use of new purchases on impacted accounts, any negative balance(s) will need to be settled before the functionality of those purchases will be restored.

Sky Player Support may not provide assistance for the repurchasing of content that is no longer available in-game if they have been removed through a refund. This policy includes any content received as a gift.

Additionally, Sky accounts with suspected abuse of refund policies or fraudulent purchasing activity may be suspended and/or relevant content removed from the Sky account according to the Sky Terms of Service.
